  4. The Waitresses' debut album, Wasn't Tomorrow Wonderful?, was a unique and fairly important moment in early-'80s new wave, though the band failed to gain momentum from their success and effectively broke up within two years of releasing their first gogatanandlosour.misadicvihercevacpyewatchcomdami.co singer Patty Donahue's singing ranged from a playful sexiness on the well-known hit "I Know What Boys Like" to a half-talk, half 9/

  7. Most of the vocals are handled by Patty Donahue but Chis Butler does get a look in occasionally, particularly on "wise up". Patty had a fine voice and coupled with some excellent sax playing from Mars Williams the album has a two-tone feel at times especially 3/5(1).
